The information below will enable the Penn Relays Office to add/update your school's information.

This form should be filled out only by the school's head coach, open athlete reprentative or club authorized representative. Be sure to fill out the required fields as well as the coach information. Anyone requesting information regarding elementary, middle or junior high schools should not use this form but should call the Relays office at 215-898-6145. Please Note: Elementary school competition is open only to Philadelphia public schools. Middle and junior high schools competition is confined to the Philadelphia area counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
