Mifflin (PA) won their first ever Penn Relays wheel with a new Penn Relays record, as their anchor leg (Carter Smith) broke the leading group of North Penn (PA), Christian Brothers Academy (NJ), Lower Marion (PA), and LaSalle College (PA) with 300m to go. Mifflin's team was rounded out by Reese Cubbison, Connor Lynch, and Wyatt Kauffman. The top three times in this race are also the new top three times in meet history. Prior record stood at 9:57.77 set by Hopewell Valley (Pennigton, NJ) in 2018.
