Nine fastest teams from Events #133-177 (minus #164) qualify to Championship Final, Event #358 (Friday, 4:55 pm). The leading team from the Philadelphia Public League, Philadelphia Catholic League, PIAA District I, South Jersey and Northern Delaware (events #166-177), and the remaining fastest teams from these races, qualify for 12-team Philadelphia Area final, Event #357 (Friday, 4:50 pm).
Holmwood Tech developed a 30m lead by the end of the second leg. Their lead expanded to over 50 meters by the final exchange. Alphansus Davis (JAM), Western (MD), and St Elizabeth Tech (JAM) went into the final lap in a close group. Holmwood Tech cruised to the event win with close to a 60m gap over Alphansus Davis.
